How the holiday lighting lease works
Most people who string their own lights spend a Saturday on a ladder in November and another one taking it all down in January. The lease takes both days off your list. It covers:
- The lights, supplied by Jax Pressure Pro
- Installation on rooflines, peaks, entryways, columns, trees and shrubs
- Upkeep through the season if a bulb goes out or a strand shifts
- Takedown after the holidays
- Storage until next season
If something goes out, it gets fixed
Florida weather doesn't stop for December. Wind can shift a strand, and a bulb can burn out a week before your party. Jordan's promise in his own words: if you have any issues at all, a bulb going out, something shifting or moving, or anything you're not happy about, just give him a call.
Calls and texts are answered 24/7, so a problem with your lights gets a quick answer instead of sitting dark until January.
Why lease instead of buying lights
Buying lights means buying them again when half a strand stops working, finding a ladder tall enough for the peak, and storing tangled boxes for eleven months. With a lease, the lights belong to Jax Pressure Pro. They show up, go up and come down without taking up any space in your garage.
It also means the install is done by someone who works on roofs and ladders all year for roof and gutter cleaning, not someone balancing on a ladder once a year.
Clean gutters and a clean house first
Lights clip onto your gutters and roofline, so they look their best on a clean house. If the gutters are full or the siding has gone green, gutter cleaning and a house wash can be done before the lights go up, often on the same visit.
What affects your price
Holiday lighting starts at $500.
Every display is quoted on its own because no two houses are the same. These are the things that move the number:

Book early in the season
Holiday lighting is a short season, and every house on the schedule needs its own install day. The earlier you ask for a quote, the more choice you have on dates.
Holiday lighting is seasonal only for now. Permanent outdoor lighting isn't offered at this time.

Christmas Light Installation questions
Do I have to buy the Christmas lights?
No. It's a lease. Jax Pressure Pro supplies the lights, installs them, takes them down after the season and stores them.
What happens if a bulb goes out?
Call or text (904) 412-8080. Upkeep through the season is part of the lease, so a dead bulb or a shifted strand gets fixed.
When do the lights come down?
After the holidays, on a scheduled date. Jordan takes them down and stores them, so there's nothing for you to pack up.
Do you install permanent lighting?
Not at this time. Holiday lighting is seasonal only: up for the holidays, then taken down and stored.
Can you light trees and shrubs too?
Yes. Rooflines, peaks, entryways, columns, trees and shrubs can all be part of the display. Say what you want lit when you send your photo.
Do you put up lights for businesses?
Yes, for homes and businesses. Send a photo of the building and the areas you want lit for a quote.
