Terms & Conditions

About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to Jax Pressure Pro LLC ("Jax Pressure Pro", "we") text messages. By using the site, booking, or opting in to texts, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

SMS Terms

Program: Jax Pressure Pro appointment texts. If you check the text message box when you book online, Jax Pressure Pro will text you about your appointment: confirmations, reminders, any change or cancellation, a request received notice, and one follow-up after your visit inviting a Google review. You may also receive replies if you text us.

• Opting in is optional. The box is unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking.
• Message frequency varies with your bookings, typically 2 to 4 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one message confirming you are opted out, and no more texts after that. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or call (904) 412-8080.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this site are starting prices. Your final price depends on the size and condition of the surfaces, and we confirm it with you before any work starts. Some services, like paver sealing, need an on-site estimate visit first.
