Privacy Policy

Who we are

Jax Pressure Pro LLC ("Jax Pressure Pro", "we") is a pressure washing and exterior cleaning business at 195 Manistique Ave, St. Augustine, FL 32092. This policy covers this website and the information you give us when you request an estimate, book a job online, ask for a call back, or text with us. Questions about it: call or text (904) 412-8080.

What we collect

Only what you give us, plus basic website analytics if you allow them:

• Your name, phone number and email address, the address of the property, and anything you write in a message, when you fill in an estimate, booking or call-back form
• Whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the date and time and the exact wording you agreed to
• The details of the job: the service, date and time, and any notes
• Anonymous website usage (pages viewed, device type, how you found us) through Google Analytics, only after you accept cookies

How we use it

To reply to you, give you an estimate, schedule and confirm your appointment, remind you before it, tell you if anything changes, and follow up once after the job. We do not use your details for anything else.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the text message box when you book, Jax Pressure Pro will text you about that appointment: a confirmation, reminders, any change or cancellation, a request received notice, and one follow-up after your visit inviting a Google review. If you did not check the box, we do not text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies with your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and the texts stop immediately. Reply HELP for help, or call (904) 412-8080.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. The only outside companies that handle it are the service providers we use to run the business, and only to do the job they do for us: our online booking and scheduling software (provided by 904 Digital Media), and the services that deliver our text messages and emails. They may not use your information for anything else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you are a customer and as long as we need them for our records, then delete them. Opting out of texts takes effect right away and stays in place until you opt back in.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time: call or text (904) 412-8080. You can decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner, and opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Children

This site and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
